The WaCoMa network is an association of young scientists who graduated from a Water & Coastal Management M.Sc. or Ph.D. After graduation most of us have taken the first steps into a scientific career and even more steps will be taken in the future. We share a common motivation to improve the (coastal) world we live in and to work together towards a better environmental protection and sustainability. The network represents approximately 200 early career scientists who graduated between 2007 and 2018. There is a representative for each year (M.Sc. and Ph.D.) who stays in touch with his or her peers. The representatives exchange their information with the main network contact who serves as a contact person for the network .
